Location: Loveland, CO (On-site)

Pay Rate: $32.50/hour

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or automation experience looking to grow their careers in a technology-driven facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, material handling systems, and automated equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair packaging and distribution equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Document maintenance work and equipment repairs accurately
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards
  • Partner with operations teams to support production and facility goals
Qualifications
  • Previous maintenance technician, industrial mechanic, or maintenance mechanic experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with conveyors, material handling systems, or industrial equipment
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems and automated machinery
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience doing any of the following;
  • Experienced HVAC tech, millwright, commercial electrician
  • Military maintenance exp, skilled trade / technical schooling, advanced certificates in trades
  • Exp with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor equipment
  • Ability to read / interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repairs within any of the above industries

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
