Job Description
This Recruiter role focuses primarily on campus recruitment and early-career talent programs while also supporting full-cycle hiring across a variety of corporate and technical functions. Approximately 75% of the position centers on campus recruiting, including co-ops, internships, and rotational development programs, and the remaining 25% involves full lifecycle recruitment for roles in corporate functions, scientific, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing disciplines. The Recruiter plays a key role in driving workforce growth, supporting life-saving pharmaceutical products, and contributing to organizational transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative Talent Acquisition environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage campus recruiting efforts, with approximately 75% of time focused on co-op, internship, and rotational development programs.
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential early-career talent.
- Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, including corporate functions such as IT, Finance, and Legal, as well as scientists, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, engineering, technical, operations, and industrial roles.
- Handle end-to-end recruiting activities, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and hiring support.
- Support both entry-level and selected mid-level recruiting needs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and workforce growth plans.
- Manage high-volume requisitions and maintain ownership of multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and other online platforms.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage requisitions, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
- Provide recruiting operations support, including reporting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team members, Human Resources Business Partners, and hiring stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Offer consultative support to hiring partners on market insights, candidate pipelines, and recruitment best practices.
- Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure attention to detail and adherence to established recruiting processes and documentation requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative HR and Talent Acquisition culture that emphasizes professional development and continuous improvement.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Campus recruiting experience, including co-op, internship, or rotational program recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, operations, industrial, or corporate positions.
- Agency recruiting experience or a blend of corporate and agency recruiting experience.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and passive candidate sourcing.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for lab roles, corporate functions (IT, Finance, Legal), or salaried manufacturing roles (quality, engineering) is highly beneficial but not required.
- Experience with recruitment reporting and stakeholder support.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn and apply advanced sourcing techniques if not already experienced.
- Comfort working in both operational and professional hiring environments.
- Interest in contributing to workforce growth and organizational transformation.

This is a 6-month open-ended contract role with strong potential for extension beyond 6 months and possible conversion closer to the 12-month mark, depending on performance. The position follows a hybrid work model, with three days on-site and two days working from home each week. The Recruiter works as part of a Talent Acquisition team in close partnership with Human Resources Business Partners and hiring stakeholders across multiple functions. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
