📋 Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

'05; Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on packaging machinery
• Set up and complete machine changeovers
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Maintain electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Inspect and troubleshoot transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts

🎯 Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, amp meters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters
• Proficiency with electrical hand tools and power tools
• Experience with PLCs and HMIs is a plus
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Leonia, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
