Location: Loveland, CO (On-site)
Pay: $19.00/hour + 4% Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, production, mechanical, or hands-on technical experience who enjoy troubleshooting equipment and working with machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to meet production requirements
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic machine adjustments
- Measure, mix, and prepare color compounds used for wire coating applications
- Read scales and follow detailed specifications accurately
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process
- Complete production documentation and records
- Utilize hand tools as needed for machine setup and maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to perform basic math, including multiplication, division, and calculator use
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Extrusion equipment experience
- Machine setup and troubleshooting
- General production or assembly experience
- Mechanical repair or maintenance experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
