This Business Analyst will be responsible for transforming payroll and workforce data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The individual will analyze large and complex payroll datasets to identify trends, anomalies, cost drivers, and compliance risks while developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders. They will perform exploratory data analysis and build predictive models to forecast workforce and payroll trends, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic planning. Additionally, the role involves extracting, cleansing, integrating, and validating data from payroll and enterprise systems, developing automated data pipelines and reporting solutions, and ensuring data quality and governance standards are maintained. Using tools such as SQL, Python, and R, this person will create scalable analytics solutions, reusable data assets, and process automation that reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience creating dashboards for various stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience anayzing large data sets
- 5+ years of experience building predictive modeling
- Proficient within SQL
- Proficient within Python or R
- Able to create VBAs in Excel
This is a Permanent position based out of Reading, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
