We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Driver to support warehouse and delivery operations involving construction security blocks. This position includes loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift, and assisting with deliveries to local construction sites.

• Load, unload, and move construction security blocks and related materials
• Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks safely
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials for transportation
• Support general warehouse and labor duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and job site personnel

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving, flatbed, box truck, or similar vehicle experience
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
• Experience with material handling, loading, and unloading
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Construction site experience
• Flatbed or box truck experience
• Knowledge of load-securing and safe material handling practices

• Starting pay of $21/hour, increasing to $23/hour after 3 months

This role is based in an open-air warehouse and active construction sites throughout the area. Employees should expect a physically demanding environment, frequent outdoor work, forklift operation, and regular handling of heavy construction materials.

This is a Contract position based out of Delray Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
