CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, where you will play a vital role in operating CNC Machining Centers efficiently and ensuring high-quality production. Your expertise in interpreting complicated drawings and blueprints will be crucial to your success in this position.
Responsibilities- Interpret complicated drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers efficiently to meet quality standards.
- Prove out, debug, and provide feedback on CNC programs.
- Incorporate expert knowledge of materials to determine efficient speeds and feeds.
- Utilize expert tooling knowledge to complete jobs efficiently.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
- Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
- Minimum 3+ years as a CNC Set-Up Machinist.
- Proficiency in using Mazak or Fanuc equipment.
- Ability to interpret, edit, and program G-code efficiently.
- Technical school diploma plus 2 years of CNC experience or 5 years of CNC experience.
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift 8-10 hour shifts with weekends on call due to projects.

Work EnvironmentWork in an 80-person, privately held machine shop with both lathe and mill operations. The facility is non-temperature controlled, offering a range of shifts to fit your schedule.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
