This opportunity offers a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, significant long-term growth potential, and direct exposure to the ownership team, allowing for meaningful impact and career development.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Perform account reconciliations and monitor cash activity.
- Assist with cash flow management and reporting.
- Process payroll and payroll-related activities.
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, and billing processes.
- Support month-end accounting activities and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate with external accounting resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting and tax requirements.
Team & Operational Leadership
- Provide oversight and guidance to an administrative/customer support team.
- Help improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
- Assist with vendor management and procurement activities.
- Support the ongoing success of day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping for a small to medium-sized company
- Strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and general accounting functions.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
