Why Work Here?

You join a team that develops and manufactures reagents used in advanced in vitro diagnostics, contributing to products that support healthcare in areas such as infectious disease, endocrinology, cancer, cardiac health, and more. The organization offers a structured, GMP-compliant environment with clear work instructions and cross-training opportunities, allowing you to broaden your skills across multiple production areas. You work closely with a small, collaborative group of colleagues, benefit from a clean and safety-focused workplace, and gain experience in a specialized, analytical production setting that can support long-term career growth in the medical and diagnostic manufacturing field.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a regulated production facility that develops and manufactures reagents for in vitro diagnostic applications, including infectious disease, hepatitis, endocrinology, bone and mineral metabolism, cancer, brain injury, cardiac markers, therapeutic drug monitoring, and autoimmunity. You work closely with a team of approximately 5–6 individuals in an analytical production environment that follows strict GMP practices rather than traditional high-volume manufacturing. Part of the day is spent in a clean room, typically about half a day at a time, where you fully gown from head to toe and wear safety glasses, surgical gloves, and a lab coat.
