Job Description
This entry-level warehouse role supports daily packaging, material handling, and shipping operations on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The position requires working on your feet for most of the shift, reading work orders in English, and communicating effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members to package items accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret work orders in English to identify and pick the correct parts.
- Stage products in designated areas to prepare orders for shipment.
- Handle materials independently, including moving, organizing, and preparing items for processing.
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds infrequently as part of daily tasks.
- Coordinate with supervision to understand work demand, priorities, and production goals.
- Perform general labor tasks to support overall warehouse operations.
- Assist with inventory-related activities such as counting, organizing, and tracking materials.
- Support shipping activities, including preparing orders and ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
- Follow established safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work on feet for 8–10 hours per day.
- Ability to read work orders in English accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently.
- Basic experience or comfort with general warehouse tasks such as packing, picking, and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with packing and packaging processes in a warehouse or production environment.
- Exposure to inventory activities, including counting and organizing stock.
- Material handling experience, including moving and staging products.
- Familiarity with forklift operation (formal certification or training is a plus).
- Experience with picking and shipping tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Prior general labor experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Clinton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $48000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Excellent benefits once hired on including medical, dental vision. Bonus upon 6 months and yearly performance bonus. Matching 401k
