Aerospace Production Worker (Night Shift)
$20.00/Hour Starting Pay
+$2.00/Hour Shift Differential After Training
Weekly Pay | Overtime Available | Long-Term Opportunity
Schedule:
- Training: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday–Friday (approximately 2–3 months)
- Regular Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime available as needed
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join
our manufacturing team supporting the Panels Department. This role is
responsible for manufacturing core sheets through the C4 process while
maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Successful candidates
will be flexible, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Shear and stretch hobes as part of the core sheet manufacturing process
- Load sheets into production machinery
- Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Support production goals while maintaining a safe work environment
- Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of stable work history preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong basic math skills and legible handwriting/printing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 80+ pounds (two-person lifts available)
- Comfortable wearing a full-face respirator for certain job duties
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and quality
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent
lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, and movement throughout the shift.
Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing
environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marysville, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
