Production Worker

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ($21.00/hour)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ($21.50/hour)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM ($22.00/hour)

As a Production Worker, you will support the full manufacturing process by operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, performing minor machine adjustments, and preparing finished products for shipment. Successful candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load raw materials and maintain continuous machine operation
• Run up to two production machines after completing training
• Perform routine quality inspections and document production results
• Make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Count, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a production environment with machine noise
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently following training
• Steel-toe footwear required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
