As a Batch Mixer, you will play a critical role in the production process by accurately preparing and mixing chemical batches while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

'05; Attend daily safety meetings and follow all safety procedures

'05; Review batch sheets and production instructions

'05; Weigh, measure, and formulate chemical batches according to specifications

'05; Safely handle liquid and powdered raw materials from drums, totes, and bags

'05; Load materials into reactors following proper mixing sequences

'05; Operate and monitor production equipment including:

🔹 Pumps

🔹 Mixers

🔹 Milling Machines

🔹 HMI & Touchscreen Control Systems

'05; Monitor gauges, controls, and process parameters

'05; Keep accurate batch records and production documentation

'05; Ensure quality and consistency for batches up to 4,000 gallons

'05; Communicate production updates between shifts

'05; Assist with staging, packaging, and order preparation

'05; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

'05; Support production goals while working closely with supervisors and team members

'14;️ 3+ Years of Manufacturing Experience

'14;️ 3+ Years of Batch Mixing, Blending, Formulating, or Chemical Operating Experience

'14;️ Experience Following Detailed SOPs and Batch Sheets

'14;️ Strong Attention to Detail

'14;️ Experience Measuring and Weighing Raw Materials

'14;️ Ability to Work Safely Around Industrial Equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alsip, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
