Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with Studio owners and customers to provide exceptional support. Your role will encompass order entry, item lookup, shipment tracking, and product recommendations, along with other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Studio owners and customers via telephone and online.
- Troubleshoot product, order, and shipping issues.
- Maintain and update Studio account files with data entry.
- Efficiently resolve issues and escalate cases as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Studio Owners by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Assist Studio Owners with order placement, inventory questions, promotional programs, pricing inquiries, and account maintenance.
- Research and resolve customer and Studio Owner concerns regarding orders, returns, credits, product availability, and system issues.
- Navigate multiple business systems to accurately retrieve information and complete transactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Credit, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, IT, Ecommerce, and Regional Business Consultants to resolve issues and support Studio operations.
- Monitor open cases and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate trends, concerns, and opportunities for process improvement to management.
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, policies, procedures, and technology platforms.

- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using CRM, ERP, order management, or point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous customer service, retail support, franchise support, or technical support experience preferred.
Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite position with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity within a well-established company.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
