We are looking for an organized and detail-focused Administrative Assistant 2 to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can balance administrative coordination, document preparation, and information management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment with confidential materials, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations running efficiently, including supply management and routine clerical support.
• Create, format, and revise business documents such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, invoices, and financial materials with accuracy and care.
• Maintain organized filing and records systems by storing, updating, and retrieving company documents, reports, and other administrative information.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external contacts while ensuring timely, clear, and effective communication.
• Support basic bookkeeping-related tasks and help track administrative records in accordance with office procedures.
• Conduct research and compile information needed for reports, responses, and general business support activities.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and written materials for team and leadership needs.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support, clerical, or office coordination role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and operate independently.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and strong organizational discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Background in records management, correspondence preparation, and general office support functions.
• Customer service mindset with solid interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
