Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders are essential. Role is 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide backup calendar support and scheduling for leaders.
  • Assist with logistics and planning for leadership meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
  • Complete and file expense reports.
  • Track and help drive the completion of deliverables and follow up on open action items.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Calendar Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • At least 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes.
  • 1 year of experience with Executive Level Calendar Management.
  • 1 year of experience in planning, organizing, and supporting large meetings and events.

Work Environment

he work environment includes one-on-one meetings with the hiring manager, biweekly team meetings, and quarterly team syncs. Flexibility is required to move between different leaders who may need support. The role offers flexible start and end times, although it is generally within business hours. There is potential for up to 10 hours of overtime per week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
