Registered Nurse RN Supervisor (Quality Improvement)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the go-to expert on clinical quality, patient safety, risk mitigation, and infection prevention
- Design and roll out evidence-based programs that reduce variation in care and elevate outcomes
- Turn clinical data into insight, building the charts, reports, and analysis that drive real decisions
- Keep the organization survey-ready and confidently prepared for regulatory review
- Spot risk before it becomes a problem, and build the mitigation plans that keep patients and the organization protected
- Represent the organization as a trusted liaison to government and regulatory agencies
- Bring Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven improvement tools to life across departments
- Coach and develop teams, raising the bar on quality performance organization-wide
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field, plus 4+ years of experience in quality, performance improvement, or a related field
- OR 7+ years of experience in quality, performance improvement, or a related field in lieu of a degree
- 1+ year in a leadership role
- 2+ years working with databases, spreadsheets, or CQI tools
- 3+ years in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License, California
Preferred (nice to have, not required):
- Additional clinical license (RN, RPh, PT, OT, SLP, or Social Worker)
- CPHQ, CPPS, or CPHRM certification
- Master's degree in a related field
