Sales Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time work, this role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to our store’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service by listening to their needs and recommending products
• Maintain strong knowledge of GNC’s products, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Assist with daily store operations including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required – we provide training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about health and wellness
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week
• Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
