PCB Electromechanical Tech

The PCB Electromechanical Tech will play a vital role in supporting the assembly, integration, and production of complex electromechanical and RF systems.

2 Shifts Day/Swing

Manlo, Ca

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies following work instructions, engineering drawings, and BOMs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform in-process and final visual inspections to ensure quality standards
• Identify defects, workmanship issues, or missing components and escalate accordingly
• Troubleshoot electromechanical subsystems to support production continuity
• Meet production schedules and communicate any blockers proactively

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control regulations (ITAR and EAR)
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
• Proven experience supporting production of complex electromechanical systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically in electromechanical manufacturing
• Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Arena) and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite)
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly environments
• Hands-on hardware bring-up experience in fast-paced or startup environments
• Soldering and PCB rework skills
