???? Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced life support (ALS) and emergency medical care in accordance with local protocols
- Serve as lead provider on EMS scenes, coordinating care and communicating with other responders
- Safely transport patients to appropriate medical facilities, providing continuous care en route
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and ensure vehicle readiness
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion
- Remain adaptable and calm in high-stress and rapidly changing situations
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain certification and sharpen skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as an EMT-Paramedic preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of EMS operations, patient assessment, and pre-hospital protocols
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills

Washington State or National Registry Paramedic Certification (in good standing)

AHA BLS Provider CPR

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Valid Driver's License (with a clean driving record)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Physically able to bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and coordination for patient care and equipment use
- Comfortable working long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Low volume, high acuity calls
