Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations Management or similar field

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to manage multiple departments across three facilities

• Must have strong problem solving skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of all Triangle facilities.

2. Formulate policies that are consistent with all facilities as well as all governing bodies.

3. Support and manage all Triangle facilities achieving profitability goals while maintaining a

safe environment as well as providing a culture that is desirable to all employees.

4. Monitor financial data to measure productivity, efficiency of all resources, and ensure all

Plant KPIs are being achieved.

5. Manage all customer issues for all facilities.

6. Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the jobs.

7. Ensure all plants are maintained to OSHA standards.

8. Review Sales and Customer orders to ensure all plants are adequately staffed.

9. Oversee plant improvement projects.

10. Capacity management.

11. Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to

improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the organization.

12. Cost Reduction as it relates to all resources, people, equipment, utilities, property

management.

13. Analyze and present any plant related capital expenses.

14. Must understand and enforce all of Triangle’s Policies and Procedures per the current

handbook.

15. Any other duties assigned by the President

There is a yearly bonus calculated for this position based on profitability.
