What we are looking for:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately processing customer orders from receipt through shipment. This role ensures timely picking, packing, labeling, and documentation while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company quality and safety standards. The position plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.


What you will do:

  • Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targets
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms
  • Manage inventory and supplies of internet products and alerts supervisor of potential issues
  • Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly
  • Assists with building and assembling product
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
  • Enters orders into NetSuite weekly; track all orders via delivery software
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation
  • Schedule pickup of orders daily to USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Drive and deliver finished goods using company van
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
  • Answers phone calls, process returns, and provides online customer service
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness of workspace
  • Supports and complies with all company policies and safety requirements
  • Assists with miscellaneous projects in various departments as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

  • GED certificate or high school diploma
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems; NetSuite experience preferred
  • Current valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
