Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

You know the lane. You know the customers. You know how to keep a busy service drive moving. Now you just need the right place to do it.

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who loves cars, people, and a busy service department. If you can build trust with customers, communicate with technicians, keep your ROs moving, and still have a sense of humor at the end of the day, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to person for customers from write-up to delivery
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back
• Communicate clearly about repairs, maintenance, timelines, and recommendations
• Work closely with technicians to keep the shop moving
• Follow up, stay organized, and own the customer experience
• Help create a service drive that is busy, positive, and fun

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple ROs
• Someone who takes accountability without taking themselves too seriously
• A teammate who wants to win together

Work Schedule and Location:

• Full Time, minimum 40 hours per week. May include weekends, holidays, bells, back-to-back shifts, early openings, and late closing. Schedule maintained and approved by Service Manager.
