Junk Removal Driver & Crew | Load It Gone - Clean Record Required

Load It Gone is hiring a Driver and Crew members for our junk removal team. The owner is going all-in on growing this company, so there is real room to move up if you work hard and represent us well.

We are looking for likeable, professional people who communicate well and get the job done.

Positions

• Driver — Must drive. Clean driving record and background check are mandatory. No exceptions.
• Crew — No driving required.

Driver requirements (strict)

• Clean driving record (we will verify)
• Pass a background check
• At least 1 year experience driving a pickup with trailer or a semi (either is fine)

• Loading and hauling junk and debris
• Working as a tight, professional crew
• Representing Load It Gone on every job (customers notice how we act)

Load It Gone is a locally owned junk removal and hauling company based in Lago Vista, serving the Austin Hill Country. We load furniture, appliances, garage and estate cleanouts, construction debris, and more — often same-day. We donate and recycle first, leave every space cleaner than we found it, and treat customers like neighbors. We’re building a small, professional, likeable crew as the business grows.
