Infant Lead Teacher- Montessori

The Infant Lead Teacher- Montessori plays a vital role in nurturing and guiding toddlers within a Montessori learning environment. Leading a small team of 1-3 teachers, this role is responsible for crafting individualized instruction and maintaining effective communication with parents to support each child's development. The lead teacher ensures the use of appropriate Montessori materials, monitors safety, and evaluates progress to promote a joyful and enriching early learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Montessori-based curriculum tailored to infant and toddler development
• Assess student progress and provide detailed reports to parents and administration
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents through conferences and regular updates
• Lead and support a small teaching team of 1-3 educators
• Oversee the preparation and use of Montessori materials to enhance learning
• Monitor classroom safety and ensure a secure learning environment
• Participate in professional development and parent-teacher conferences
