In this essential role, you will be the backbone of employee engagement, ensuring seamless onboarding, impactful event coordination, and efficient support for our HR Business Partners. Your expertise will foster a positive work environment, enhance employee experience, and uphold our company’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally and empathetically
  • Proficiency in designing high-quality visual content using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
  • Ability to research, track, and resolve employee inquiries with accuracy and care
  • Experience in event planning, onboarding, and delivering engaging training materials

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting HR Business Partners with data analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Certifications related to HR or employee engagement initiatives

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or employee services roles

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally support or coordinate events that may require some travel
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and with high integrity
