Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM | No Weekends

Beauty Care Choices is looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our small warehouse fulfillment team.

If you are looking for a steady weekday schedule, a supportive small-team environment, and a job where you can stay active without working around forklifts or heavy warehouse machinery, this may be a good fit.

No previous warehouse or beauty industry experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

Our warehouse team works together each day to pick, check, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.

A typical day may include:

• Receiving incoming beauty products and stocking them alphabetically throughout the warehouse

• Picking customer orders, usually containing 2-12 different products

• Reading product names, sizes, and variations carefully to select the correct items

• Scanning UPCs and processing orders through our shipping system

• Reviewing shipping addresses and printing labels

• Double-checking orders before they are packed

• Securing product lids and packaging to help prevent leaks or damage

• Packing boxes with packing material, sealing them, and applying shipping labels

• Counting inventory

• Making shipping boxes from flat-packed cartons

• Shredding cardboard for recycled packing material

• Sweeping, dusting, facing shelves, and helping keep the warehouse clean and organized

• Helping with other warehouse projects as needed

What We're Looking For

You do not need previous warehouse experience, but you should be someone who:

• Is dependable and shows up consistently

• Pays attention to small details

• Can notice differences between similar products, sizes, and packaging

• Is comfortable reading labels, order information, and product names accurately

• Can work independently while also being part of a small team

• Is comfortable using basic computers, scanners, and shipping equipment

• Is willing to learn and help wherever needed

• Can stay productive during both busy and slower parts of the day

• Is comfortable standing and walking for much of the workday

• Can bend, reach, squat, and perform normal warehouse tasks

• Can lift up to 50 lbs when needed, although most products and packages are much lighter

An interest in hair care, skin care, cosmetics, or beauty products is a plus, but it is not required. Since beauty products are all we work with, enjoying the industry just makes learning the products more fun.

Schedule

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

• Monday-Friday

• 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

• 1-hour lunch

• Minimal to no overtime

• No weekend shifts

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $16.80

• 5 paid holidays per year

• 1 week of paid vacation per year, beginning to accrue after 90 days

• 5 paid sick days per year, available after the 90-day introductory period

A Different Kind of Warehouse Environment

Beauty Care Choices is a small, family-owned company with approximately 15-20 employees. Our warehouse team is typically only 5-6 people, so you are not one person in a huge fulfillment center.

This position uses no forklifts or heavy warehouse machinery, and most packages weigh around 5 lbs or less.

We work closely together, know each other, and try to support one another. We may not have all of the perks of a huge corporation, but we offer a consistent weekday schedule, a close-knit work environment, opportunities to learn new things, and a team where your work matters.
