What You’ll Do

• Provide beautiful, polished blowouts and hair styling services
• Shampoo, blow-dry, curl, smooth, and finish a variety of hair types
• Deliver a friendly, elevated guest experience
• Recommend appropriate retail products and memberships
• Rebook guests before they leave
• Maintain a clean and professional workstation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
• Support your teammates and help create a positive salon culture

We’re Looking For

• Current Missouri cosmetology license
• Strong blow-dry and styling skills
• Comfortable working with different hair textures and lengths
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong customer-service skills
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
• Passion for beauty, styling, and making guests feel amazing

Experience:

Blowout or salon experience is preferred, but we’re also open to talented licensed stylists who are eager to learn and grow.

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
