Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Industrial Cleaning Team Lead Greer, Sc to oversee daily cleaning operations within an industrial facility. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: 6pm-6am 3x 12 hours
Location: Inside BMW - Greer
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise industrial cleaning staff.
  • Assign tasks and monitor daily cleaning activities.
  • Ensure all cleaning procedures meet company and safety standards.
  • Train and coach team members on proper cleaning methods and equipment use.
  • Inspect work areas and address any quality concerns.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Communicate with management regarding staffing, performance, and facility needs.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous industrial or janitorial cleaning experience required.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and cleaning chemicals.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
