A FedEx Ground contractor is looking for dependable, motivated drivers to join our growing team in South KCMO. This is a fast-paced, physically active position. If you enjoy staying busy, working independently, and being part of a team that values professionalism and accountability, this could be a great fit.

Drivers operate out of the KCMO terminal, delivering to local homes and businesses using company-provided box trucks and cargo vans.

Pay & Schedule

  • $170-190/day
  • Full-time, 5 days/week (optional 6th day available)
  • Start: 8 AM | Dispatch: by 9:00 AM | Finish: around 5-5:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses
  • Load and unload packages efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day
  • Represent FedEx Ground with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 1 year of delivery experience within the last 3 years
  • 21 years or older
  • Clean MVR and valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check (employer reimbursed)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with a handcart
