Chief Operating Officer COO

This position is an opportunity that doesn't come around often. I own and operate a fully licensed and insured Security Guard Agency. I am a brand new company seeking an experienced business partner to help me run the day to day operations. I plan on being fully transparent about my intentions every step of the way! Imagine if someone threw a fully operational and legally compliant company right in your lap. Do you have the necessary skills and knowledge to say you could make it successful. With my responsibilities covering all field operations of course. If you think you may be that person then I would like the opportunity to connect and see if you are capable and serious! It will start out as an internship until we literally land our first contract. We will have an agreement in writing that lay's out each step we reach and how it effects your compensation and official title. I realize this isn't your ordinary job post. But I am willing to let you draft up the contract detailing how we execute every significant tier we reach and your promotion from the results. So yes, from an intern to potentially an Executive Officer of the company. Because of the unique scenario this is I believe I made it clear what I'm looking for and what you would need to be capable of to take this opportunity on. To be clear I am NOT looking for someone to do my job. I am seeking a highly motivated, business savvy individual, hopefully with at least minimal Security Knowledge, to join me in building a company we both look forward to being a part of!
