Paint Loader/Unloader

1. Move large and small product from weld cells to the paint conveyor using overhead cranes.
2. Inspect product before loading to ensure it meets standards.
3. Confirm product is fully painted before unloading.
4. Operate overhead cranes smoothly and precisely.
5. Attach and detach hooks safely and efficiently.
6. Check product surfaces before painting and verify full paint coverage after.
7. Mask and unmask plugs from threaded areas.
8. Follow scheduling timelines to help meet production goals.
9. Apply 6S / Lean Manufacturing principles in daily work.
10. Work efficiently across a variety of diversified tasks.
11. Complete documentation as required by management.
12. Deliver consistent, quality work.
13. Keep your work area neat, safe, and organized.

1. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Capable of completing daily crane inspections.
3. Comfortable working with little or no supervision.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Able to frequently reach with hands and arms and work on raised platforms.
6. 6 months to 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
7. Overhead crane experience preferred.
8. Minimum Grade 12 education (high school diploma or equivalent).
