Crew Member

Brady's in Richmond, KY is looking for a few friendly and highly motivated individuals with strong work ethics to fill part-time crew member positions. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced and high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with smile and ensure all orders are taken in accurately and timely fashion
• Take cash payments or process credit/debit card payments in exchange of services rendered
• Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure that it tallies
• Master essential tasks such as table running (bag to-go orders and dining room attendant), expediting, and operating commercial dryer
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience. Make sure all products are consistent with store policies
• Work as a team player to support other staffs in completing their tasks
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Restock inventories

Qualifications

• Crew Members perform essential duties in many different areas within the restaurant, including but not limited to the cash register area, deep fry station, bagging area, dining area and expediting station. All staffs are required to provide friendly, fast and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Prefer some morning availabilities (10am-4pm).
• Must need to be available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday closing shifts (3:45pm-9pm).
• Part-time (no seasonal position available)
