Job Summary
As a Carpenter, you will be a key member of our skilled construction team, responsible for the precise and efficient installation of framing, trim, and other carpentry elements across our diverse range of development projects. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in bringing our designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to ensure accurate carpentry work
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively to cut, shape, and assemble wood materials
- Install framing, trim, cabinets, and other carpentry components to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate and complete construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Carpenter or in a similar construction role
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to various project sites
- Certification in carpentry or a related trade is preferred
Working Conditions
This is a temporary Carpenter position with a flexible schedule, typically working 50 hours per week. The work will primarily be performed on active construction sites,

The target pay rate for this Carpenter position is $22-25 per hour. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan contributions, and paid time off.
