Concrete construction laborer

We are currently seeking motivated Concrete Construction Laborers eager to build a career in the trades. This entry-level role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and offers long-term, permanent employment. Candidates will receive on-the-job training and collaborate in small teams under direct supervision from a Foreman. A clean NYS Driver's License is preferred as regular travel between multiple job sites is required. Waterproof work boots are necessary on the first day, and wages are dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up formwork for concrete pours
• Assist in concrete pouring and finishing
• Perform varied tasks as assigned by Foreman
• Maintain safety awareness while on the job
• Work effectively within smaller teams
• Travel regularly between multiple job sites
• Use small hand tools following orientation period

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean NYS Driver's License
• Experience using hand tools
• Physical stamina for outdoor labor
