Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A direct hire opportunity is available for a Home Infusion Pharmacist based in Cicero, NY. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced workweek and predictable hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify intravenous (IV) medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
- Communicate with patients to provide guidance and support related to their medications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current New York State pharmacist license is mandatory.
- Proven experience working in a hospital or home infusion pharmacy setting.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with IV compounding is highly desirable.
- Clean background with no DUI or similar offenses.
