Pay Rate: Based on experience- travel stipend included.

Position Highlights
- Approximately 20 students
- 2 elementary and 2 middle schools
- Elementary hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Middle school hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Direct and consultative services
- Full school year
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
