Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan teaching certification
• Mathematics (EX) endorsement and at least one special education endorsement: Autism (SV), Cognitive Impairment (SA), Emotional Impairment (SE), or Learning Disabilities (SM)
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to varied behavioral needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt IEPs for middle school students
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with families, staff, and administration to ensure student success
• Employ effective classroom management for varied behavioral needs
