Key Responsibilities
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze financial data and assist with financial reporting.
  • Partner with operations, purchasing, and production teams to support manufacturing-related accounting activities.
  • Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Leverage ERP systems to process transactions, generate reports, and improve accounting efficiencies.
  • Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong account reconciliation experience is required.
  • Experience working within an ERP system is required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar).
  • Understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
  • Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or manufacturing operations is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
