- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and related service providers to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
- Assess, monitor, and document developmental progress and behavioral responses
- Adapt strategies to manage a wide range of behaviors and support positive outcomes
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents and participate in team meetings
