Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and related service providers
• Adapt and modify instructional materials to support diverse learners
• Foster a supportive, structured, and positive learning environment
• Guide and support paraprofessionals and assistants as needed
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
