Diversified Sourcing Solutions in Waxahachie. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team. You will find, screen, and place qualified candidates for our corporate and industrial clients. Success in this role requires a mix of sales, networking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong pipelines for fast-paced hiring needs.
Pay: $18 and up (Depending on experience)
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday- 1 hour lunch break
Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake: Meet with client companies to understand their specific hiring criteria, company culture, and job requirements.
- Sourcing: Post jobs on boards and social media, and find passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews or skills assessments.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a robust active database of candidates for high-demand or recurring roles.
- Presentation & Placement: Shortlist top candidates, coordinate client interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-volume staffing agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation tactics, and time management.
- Compliance: Working knowledge of fundamental employment laws and regulations
