Qualifications:

• State credential as a school psychologist (or eligibility for Connecticut certification)
• Experience serving youth in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Desire to master new systems and contribute to school-wide student success
• (For paraprofessionals: Fluency in ASL is not required, but strong proficiency is welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Offer assessments, counseling, and interventions to support student well-being
• Consult with educators and families to develop effective plans
• Travel among multiple assigned schools within the district
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of IEPs and/or behavior plans
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings
