Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Comfort working onsite, virtually, or in a hybrid model
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and interventions to help each learner succeed
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and administrators to foster an inclusive environment
• Uphold all state and federal requirements for special education documentation
• Utilize technology and various instructional methods to engage students, whether in-person or virtually
