Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Shipping Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, efficient outbound workflow. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and confident leading shipping activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily shipping operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate workload, prioritize tasks, and support team members as needed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform administrative tasks related to shipping
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment verification
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and leadership
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area
Required Qualifications
- Previous Shipping Lead experience
- Forklift experience (required)
- Administrative experience
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime or stay over as needed
Schedule
1st shift with required flexibility to stay over as needed
Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour
