Responsibilities Include:

• Providing individualized support to a specific elementary student
• Assisting the classroom teacher with instruction, supervision, and reinforcement of positive behaviors
• Implementing personalized behavioral interventions as needed
• Fostering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Monitoring student progress and adapting approaches under the direction of educational staff
• Collaborating closely with educators and other professionals to ensure the student’s success
