For the upcoming school year, there are three full-time openings available: an elementary self-contained teacher, a middle and high school inclusion teacher, and an elementary behavior support teacher. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification
  • Experience teaching at elementary, middle, or high school level, depending on the specific role
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to support students with diverse learning needs, adapting lessons as needed
  • Previous experience in self-contained, inclusion, or behavior support settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group instruction in alignment with students’ IEPs
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
