Qualifications:
- Active OT license in New Jersey
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Experience/capacity to perform evaluations (at least one therapist required)
- Comfortable serving students from PreK to 8th grade
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to students across four nearby school sites
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support students in reaching developmental and educational goals
