Qualifications:
- Active RBT license required
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience supporting children with behavioral needs in professional settings
- Preferred: At least two years of direct school-based experience
- Comfortable assisting students with toileting as needed
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral intervention plans under guidance from Behavior Analysts or school staff
- Collect, document, and monitor student data, reporting on behavioral progress
- Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors, social skills, and coping strategies
- Support classroom teachers and school therapists with behavioral modifications and classroom management
- Provide compassionate, consistent redirection and support for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and clinical teams
