Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager Aerospace for a direct hire opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment and enjoys partnering closely with leadership to improve workforce performance, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
The HR Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to managers and employees, supporting a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment where operational excellence, accountability, and teamwork are essential. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence business decisions, strengthen employee engagement, and help leaders build effective teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, productivity, performance management, and employee development.
- Coach managers on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Assist with payroll processes, HR compliance, and multi-state employment requirements.
- Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify talent gaps, support decision-making, and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies, employment laws, EEO requirements, and operational needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Fountain Valley, CA.
